What is Albatross Index?
It’s a site that indexes misleading clips and pairs them with full-context sources. We don’t host videos — we only link to them.
How do I contribute?
Go to the Contribute page and paste the clip link plus a link to the full context.
Why is it called Albatross Index?
The name comes from the idea of an “albatross” hung around someone’s neck — here it represents misleading media clips that distort what was really said or done.
Does Albatross Index host any videos?
No. We only store links. All video content stays on platforms like YouTube or X (Twitter).
Is there a search function?
Yes. You can search by person, event, or topic from the homepage to quickly find clips and their full context.
